1. Free trial first

Plenix offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. You can experience the full product — receive daily permit emails, browse the dashboard, evaluate the data quality — before paying anything. We strongly encourage you to use the trial to determine whether Plenix is right for your business.

2. Subscription refunds

Once your trial ends and you choose to subscribe, payment is processed monthly in advance for the upcoming month of service. Plenix is a digital subscription service that delivers value daily, beginning immediately on the day of payment.

We do not issue automatic refunds for subscription payments, including for the current billing month, because:

  • You evaluated the product during the free trial before paying
  • Daily permit emails are delivered immediately upon subscription, meaning the service has been rendered for any period during which you received emails
  • You retain access to all features through the end of the current billing period after cancellation

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing contact@plenix.io. Upon cancellation:

  • You will not be billed again
  • You retain access to Plenix and continue receiving daily emails through the end of your current paid billing period
  • Your subscription will not renew at the start of the next billing period

4. Exceptions

We may issue refunds at our discretion in the following cases:

  • Service failure on our side: If we failed to deliver daily emails for an extended period due to system issues on our end (not user-side issues like spam filters)
  • Accidental duplicate charges: If you were charged twice for the same billing period
  • First-month dissatisfaction: If you signed up, paid, and within 48 hours determined the product is not what you expected, contact us — we’ll review and may issue a refund at our discretion

To request an exception, email contact@plenix.io with your account email and the reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us before filing a chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues directly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension and is not necessary in most cases.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email.
